How do I cancel my Fincanva subscription?

If you’ve decided to cancel your Fincanva subscription, you can do so quickly and easily through the billing portal. Your access remains active until the current billing cycle ends.

1. Go to your Account page in Fincanva.

2. Navigate to the Subscription and Billing section.

3. Click the Go to Stripe button to open your Stripe customer portal.

4. In the Stripe portal, select the option to Cancel your plan.

5. Confirm the cancellation.

Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You’ll continue to have full access to your current plan and features until that time. Afterward, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan automatically.
