How do I downgrade my Fincanva subscription plan?

If you need to switch to a lower Fincanva subscription tier, the process is simple and ensures uninterrupted access to your current features until the end of your billing cycle.

1. Go to your Account page in Fincanva.

2. Navigate to the Subscription and Billing section.

3. Click the Go to Stripe button to open your Stripe customer portal.

4. In the Stripe portal, select the plan you wish to downgrade to.

5. Confirm your selection.

The downgrade will be effective at the end of your current billing period, so you’ll continue to enjoy all features of your existing plan until then. After the billing cycle ends, your account will switch to the downgraded plan automatically.
