What can I do in the Stripe customer portal on Fincanva?

The Stripe customer portal gives you full control over your Fincanva subscription and billing details. To access it:

  1. Go to your Account in Fincanva.

  2. Navigate to Subscription and Billing.

  3. Click the Go to Stripe button.

In the Stripe portal, you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Update your billing information

  • Change your payment method

  • View and download invoices

  • Check payment and invoice statuses

Everything is managed securely through Stripe, making it easy to keep your subscription and payment details up to date.
