How do I change the billing frequency for my Fincanva plan?

You can choose how often you’d like to be billed for your Fincanva subscription. Options include monthly, quarterly (–10%), and yearly (–20%), depending on your plan .

What It Is

Billing frequency refers to how often subscription payments are charged to your payment method. Adjusting this setting allows you to save with quarterly or yearly commitments while keeping full access to your chosen plan.

What It Does

• Monthly: Standard recurring billing each month.

• Quarterly (–10%): Payment every 3 months, with a 10% discount.

• Yearly (–20%): Payment once per year, with a 20% discount.

Changing only your billing frequency updates how and when you’re charged, but your subscription features remain the same.

How to Change It

1. Go to your Account page in Fincanva.

2. Navigate to the Subscription and Billing section.

3. Click the Go to Stripe button to open your Stripe customer portal.

4. In the Stripe portal, select the billing frequency.

5. Confirm the cancellation.
