How do I change or reset my Fincanva password?

Changing or resetting your Fincanva password is simple, whether you're updating it for security or recovering access after losing it.

• To change your password (if you're logged in):

  • Go to your Account.

  • Navigate to the Profile tab.

  • Locate the password section and enter your current password, then your new one.

  • Click Confirm to save the change.

• To reset your password (if you've forgotten it):

  • Go to the Login page.

  • Click the Reset your password link below the login fields.

  • Enter the email address linked to your account.

  • Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
