If your Fincanva subscription expires or a payment fails—for example, due to an expired credit card—your access to premium features will be temporarily frozen. However, your data remains safe and viewable at all times.
Premium features are frozen: You won’t be able to run simulations or edit portfolios/models until your subscription is reactivated.
No data is lost: All your portfolios, models, and simulation results are preserved. You can still view them in a read-only state.
We’ll notify you: You’ll receive alerts about failed payments, upcoming card expirations, and expired subscriptions so you can take action promptly.
To restore full access, simply:
Go to your Account page in Fincanva.
Navigate to the Subscription and Billing section.
Click the Go to Stripe button to open your Stripe customer portal.
Update your payment method or resubscribe to a plan of your choice.
Once the payment is processed, your access to premium features will be reactivated immediately.
